Included in your reservation: all paint party supplies, group instruction and guidance in creating your painting. All you need is to bring yourself!

As a small business I purchase supplies for each of my paint parties based on the paid reservations.  That way I don’t need to keep a large inventory of stock and I can keep my pricing affordable.

I purchase supplies based on the number of paid reservations I have.  If you have missed the deadline to reserve but would still like to join please feel free to reach out to me via phone or email.  Usually I can get you added to the reservation list and you will be able to pay at the event.  Without a reservation I can’t guarantee that I will have enough supplies to accommodate extra guests.  My phone is 615-497-9861 and my email: passportpaintparties@gmail.com.

Unless otherwise noted your food and drink will be your responsibility.  While we don’t require an additional purchase, the venues and restaurants I work with greatly appreciate your patronage.  Also, no outside food or drink will be allowed.

Yes I do! In fact I love to meet new people and share my love of creating. 

I am so excited to collaborate with you to offer a unique and fun event, your friends, your business, or your organization.  To secure your date you will need to email me at: passportpaintparties@gmail.com with your preferred date, location, number of painters, time preference and design (can be determined later). I will check my calendar and get back to you.  If your preferred date is already booked I will offer some alternate dates that may work for you.  Once we have agreed on a date a non-refundable deposit of $35.00 will be required to secure your date.  This $35.00 will be applied to your final balance based on the number of guests. The final balance will need to be paid in full 2 days before the event. Failing to pay this balance could result in your even being cancelled.

Yes I do.  If your private party is local (within 20 miles) I require a minimum of 10 painters.  If your event falls outside of the 20 miles we can discuss the minimum painters required. In most instances I will not charge a fee if you are outside my service area but will require a minimum number of guests.

If you are unable to meet the minimum number of guests required please reach out to me as soon as you are aware you will not meet the minimum.  We can discuss the options available. In general I am very flexible and we can usually work something out.

These include step by step instructions and all supplies needed for you to have your paint party in your home.
